Stuck in indecision?... this cost me thousands of $$$

Something I’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks as clarity has started to return…

Is how easy it is to slip into indecision and how staying there creates huge costs! It can look like...

You’re moving… but not really moving. Thinking about the next step… but not taking it. Circling decisions… revisiting them… over and over.

It looks productive, but it’s not.

It’s expensive, and honestly, when I look back, it's cost me thousands, if not 10's of thousands, in missed opportunities and more!

Let me tell you about a decision I delayed for over 6 months!!!!

I used to run women’s circles under my first brand, Her_Trybe. Who remembers this???

I loved them. The space, the conversations, the connection. It was my first business offering, and I felt I'd created something really special.

But if I’m really honest… for at least six months before I stopped running them, I knew it wasn’t working.

Not because I didn’t love it. But because it wasn’t sustainable as a business model. And in those months, I stayed in the middle.

I didn’t fully commit to growing it.

But I didn’t close it either.

I adjusted things. Questioned it.Tried to make it work.

But I didn’t make the decision. And I could feel it. On some level, I knew what I needed to do, but I felt like I'd let down the community I had built if I didn't continue running them.

Energy dropped.

Numbers dropped.

It started costing more than it gave.

Until I finally decided to stop. I boldly announced I was closing Her_Trybe Circles.

And what was interesting… That final circle had two and a half times the usual bookings. It was such a clear reminder.

It wasn’t the decision that was the problem. It was the time I spent sitting in the middle of it.

And something else shifted, too.

The space that opened up from finally making that decision… Created room for the next stage of my business.

The following year, my revenue increased by 57%.

Not because I did more, but because I stopped holding onto something that no longer fit.
