I don't start with the business plan. I start with the person running it. Because across every industry, every stage of growth, there's one constant: the key decisions, the action taken or not taken, that's the founder. 

As the business grows, you focus more on the right plan, the best strategy. But if you haven't evolved how you run the business, the business starts to run you.

This is where I see founders hit overwhelm, burnout, and that point where the business becomes multiple jobs instead of the business that was meant to give them more freedom and flexibility.

For a lot of women, this is when the impostor talk gets loudest, telling you you haven't got what it takes. Not a capability gap. Not a confidence problem. The business has simply outgrown the way you've been running it to get it this far. New level, new devil: a different identity block waiting at every stage of growth. Time to grow into how you see yourself and the role you play in it.

This isn't theory for me either. Every time I've scaled, a team, a business, a new level of leadership, the version of me that worked the stage before stopped being enough. I know that new level, new devil moment because I've lived it more times than I can count.
