Mira built AGH from 18 years of leading teams across the fitness industry, corporate environments, and service-based businesses of every kind — from personal training studios and sales teams to multi-layered corporate functions. She has led teams from 3 to 60+, helped scale businesses from the inside, and coached more than 300 founders across beauty, allied health, retail, fitness, and professional services.
What she noticed — across every industry, every business size, every stage — was the same pattern. The founder who had built something real was now the thing standing between the business and its next level. Not because of a gap in their capability. Because of a gap in how they saw their role.
Mira's coaching blends deep mindset work with practical leadership development and business strategy. She does not start with the business plan. She starts with the person running it — because that is where the real constraint almost always lives.
