I Do Not Start With Strategy
Most coaching starts with the business plan. Mine starts with the person running the business. Because after working with hundreds of founders, I have seen the same thing: the strategy is rarely what is missing. What is missing is the ability to act on it, without the overthinking, the pressure, and the patterns that keep pulling you back to the same place.
Mindset
The patterns driving your decisions. The pressure you put on yourself. The things you avoid. The beliefs about what you should be able to handle. We make it visible so you can choose differently.
Capacity
How you respond to pressure. How you sit with discomfort instead of reacting. How you make decisions without needing certainty first. This is what lets you follow through on what you already know.
